A credit has been approved by the New York State Public Service Commission in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Residential and certain small business customers with a past-due balance on bills for service through May 1, 2022, will be getting the one-time bill credit. |

Small business customers will be credited up to $11,000. |

Only customers who did not receive a bill-relief credit in 2022 are eligible for this bill-relief credit in 2023. Get more eligibility details.
