In keeping with Con Edison’s Clean Energy Commitment and an agreement with New York State, property owners or account holders with gas service requests must review and accept the Acknowledgement of the Climate Leadership and Protection Act and Con Edison’s Clean Energy Commitment.
To do this, customers need to log into Project Center to review and sign this document.
A gas service case will be created but won’t progress until the property owner or account holder has completed this step. If the document isn’t received within ten business days, the case will be autocancelled.
