If someone comes to your door, claiming to be from Con Edison, call 1-800-75-CONED (1-800-752-6633) and confirm the employee’s name and ID number. | | 3. |
Make payments safely. We accept online payments through conEd.com and conEd.com/GuestPayment. | | 4. | Con Edison will never ask to see your bill or call and ask for your account number. If you encounter an imposter, please call us right away to report the scam. |
