Con Edison needs to be able to reach your patients or clients who use life-support equipment in case of a power outage. Encourage them to identify themselves to us—even if they don’t receive a bill from Con Edison—so they can be contacted in an emergency.
Tell them to call 1-877-582-6633, or visit conEd.com/LifeSupportEquipment. They can also download this LSE enrollment form and return it to Con Edison.
