Our contractor, Southern Cross, will be visiting your property to install your gas and/or electric smart meter within the next few weeks.

We need to know the best contact person who will be available on-site to let us in to do this work. Please contact Southern Cross by phone at 1-888-201-9928 to make an appointment or provide contact information for the property manager, building supervisor, or other person at your property who will be available during the installation.

If we do not hear from you and are unable to obtain access to replace the meter, your account will be charged a $100 No Access fee each month that we are unable to access our equipment.

Not the right person? No problem. Please call to let us know who can give us access to your meter and we’ll set up an appointment with them.
